One roommate should fill out an application as the Primary Applicant. The Primary Applicant can then send invitations to the remaining roommates (Co-applicants) at the end of this application by entering the Co-applicant's email address. The Co-Applicants will receive an invitation to the application in their email. Once your application form is complete, you will be prompted to pay your $22.50 Application Fee on step 5. Once your application is approved, you will be charged a $200-250 Lease Admin Fee outlined in the lease agreement.
